Men!  And I don't use that word lightly.  I'm thrilled to serve you as the Men's Minister at JFBC.  Today is my one month anniversary on staff.  I've been running up the learning curve and here's what I've discovered so far: 

1.  We have revolutionary men/leaders in this church - more than enough to do some serious damage to the darkness in our community and world.
2.  We have a great church from which to boldly proclaim the gospel - the structure, support, teaching and equipping that exist here is amazing.
3.  We are the remedy for our sick and confused world.  Specifically, Jesus through us.  Men stepping into the void, being His voice, His hands, His heart, His strength, His presence.

I am eager to lead you, within the already existing mission, purpose and ministries of this great church, to pursue together a simple strategy of unleashing men of God into our hurting world for maximum kingdom impact.  I'm eager to be a part, with you, of leading a revolution of souls and society.

A key component of any successful strategy is communication.  I want this blog site to serve as a critical means of communication for unifying and defining our efforts as the men of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church.  Please subscribe, read the entries, and spread the word to other men to subscribe.
